Description: [0001] The invention relates to a shaft-hub connection. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for manufacturing or assembly and a method for dissolution or disassembly of such a shaft-hub connection.
Shaft-hub connections can be executed positively for torque transmission. Thus, it is customary to mount a hub with its internal toothing on an outer toothing having portion of the shaft, preferably with play. The mounting of the positive connection between the shaft and hub with clearance is advantageous to allow easy assembly and subsequent disassembly. However, the assembly with game can be for reasons of unwanted noise during operation, unwanted imbalance and increased wear of disadvantage. The play-free mounting of the hub on the shaft by, for example, a press fit with excess shaft makes it difficult to assemble and disassemble the shaft-hub connection.
There is therefore a need for a shaft-hub connection with which the disadvantages of known from practice shaft-hub connections can be eliminated, which is therefore easy to assemble and disassemble at low noise, low imbalance and less wear.
Proceeding from this, the present invention seeks to provide a novel shaft-hub connection and method for manufacturing or assembly and dissolution or disassembly thereof.
This object is achieved by a shaft-hub connection according to claim 1. According to the invention, in the section having the external toothing, the shaft has, radially inward from the external toothing, a recess into which a clamping body is inserted while canceling the clearance between shaft and hub.
In the inventive shaft-hub connection, the inherently play-related positive connection of hub and shaft on the interlocking teeth by the clamping body, which serves the expansion of the external toothing having portion of the shaft, designed without play. By ensuring easy assembly and disassembly unwanted noise, unwanted imbalance and unwanted wear can be counteracted.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the recess is conically or funnel-like contoured and tapers from the axial end of the shaft inwardly into the shaft, wherein the clamping body is correspondingly cone-shaped or frustoconical contoured and particularly advantageous at least partially having an outside diameter, which is larger than an adjacent inner diameter of the recess. Hereby, a particularly advantageous mounting of the hub on the shaft while canceling the game of the backlash-related teeth between shaft and hub is possible.
Preferably, the clamping body has a hydraulic connection and hydraulic lines, over or during the assembly and / or disassembly of the clamping body in the recess of the shaft, the recess is radially expandable. About the hydraulic connection and the hydraulic lines, a particularly advantageous assembly and / or disassembly of the shaft-hub connection is possible.
Preferably, a disc secures the clamping body inserted into the recess. As a result, the shaft-hub connection can be secured against accidental release.

The present invention relates to a shaft-hub connection, a method for producing or mounting such a shaft-hub connection and a method for dissolution or disassembly of the shaft-hub connection.
Fig. 1 shows a section of an inventive shaft-hub connection 1 between a shaft 2 and a hub 3. The shaft 2 has a portion 4 with an external toothing 5, wherein the hub 3 has an internal toothing 6, and wherein the hub 3 with its internal toothing 6 is positively mounted with clearance on the outer toothing 5 having portion of the shaft 2.
The shaft 2 has in the outer toothing 5 bearing portion 4 radially inwardly of the external teeth 5 a recess 7. In this recess 7, a clamping body 8 is inserted and while canceling the game between the play inherent positive connection between the shaft 2 and hub 3, which is provided on the intermeshing teeth 5, 6 of shaft 2 and hub 3.
For this purpose, the clamping body 8 has at least in sections on an outer diameter which is greater than the inner diameter of the recess 7, so that the inserted into the recess 7 of the shaft 2 clamping body 8 the

The inserted into the recess 7 of the shaft 2 clamping body 8 can be secured via an optional disc 9 in its inserted into the recess 7 position within the shaft 2.
The clamping body 8 preferably has a hydraulic connection 10 and hydraulic lines 11,12. Furthermore, a clamping body 8 is provided, which at least in sections has an outer diameter which is at least partially larger than an in the assembled state adjacent or opposite inner diameter of the recess 7 of the portion 4 of the shaft 2. The hub 3 is positively mounted on the shaft 2, preferably with play between the internal teeth 6 of the hub 3 and the external teeth 5 of the shaft 2 at the section 4 thereof. After this form-fitting, preferably clearance-bearing mounting of the hub 3 on the portion 4 of the shaft 2, the clamping body 8 in the recess 7 of the shaft 2, canceling the clearance between the shaft 2 and the hub 3, preferably generating a bias between shaft 2 and hub 3 mounted.
For this purpose, either the clamping body 8 is cooled relative to the section 4 of the shaft 2 and / or the outer toothing 5 having portion 4 of the shaft 2 is heated or heated relative to the clamping body 8. As a result, the relative excess of the clamping body 8 relative to the recess 7 of the shaft 2 can be thermally released to simply insert the clamping body 8 in the recess 7 of the shaft 2.
